You send receipts by photo or email as they happen. We reconcile every account monthly, chase anything missing, and send a one-page summary you can read in two minutes: what came in, what went out, what you owe and who owes you.
Year end stops being an event. The books are already done.
Questions
Do I have to switch software?
No. We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and we will migrate you from a spreadsheet if that is where you are today.
How far behind can I be?
We have started with clients two years behind. Catch-up work is quoted as a one-off fee before we begin.
